FLA OHT unveils “Find Services”: a new online navigation tool
Navigate Health and Wellness Resources in Frontenac, Lennox and Addington

The Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Ontario Health Team (FLA OHT) is pleased to announce the launch of “Find Services,” an innovative online health-care navigation tool designed to help residents easily locate and connect with local and provincial health and wellness services. Developed to eliminate the guesswork of finding the right care, this tool empowers community members to take charge of their health and well-being with a user-friendly, 24/7 accessible platform.
“Find Services is a milestone in our ongoing commitment to ensuring access to high-quality care for everyone in our community,” shared Dr. Kim Morrison, Executive Director, FLA OHT. “By using technology and community feedback, we’ve created a tool that makes finding the right health and wellness services simple and stress-free. We believe that when people are empowered with information, they are better equipped to manage their health, paving the way for overall improved health outcomes.”
“Find Services” was developed in close consultation with the FLA OHT Community Council, a collaborative advisory body of diverse community members that drives health-care co-design, advises FLA OHT leadership, and champions a person-centred approach in all FLA OHT initiatives. The tool reflects community needs and feedback, ensuring its design is both effective and easy to use.
To access “Find Services,” users can visit www.flaoht.ca, click on “Find Services,” and select either “Search All Services” or a specific category. Users can also enter their home address to find services available near them. The platform is available in both English and French.

By streamlining the process of finding essential health and wellness services anytime and from anywhere, this initiative is expected to reduce barriers, improve health outcomes, and empower individuals throughout Frontenac, Lennox and Addington.

In addition to Find Services, the FLA OHT previously compiled a comprehensive list of resources to help residents without a primary care provider find the health-care services they need across the region while they wait to be connected to a primary care provider. People without a primary care provider are encouraged to register with Health Care Connect by calling 1-800-445-1822 or visiting the FLA OHT website to register or learn more.
