June 30, 2026. The FLA OHT and its regional partners have achieved a major health-care milestone, successfully clearing the entire pre–January 1, 2025, Health Care Connect waitlist, connecting thousands of residents to primary care close to home.
FLA OHT receives $3.62 million to attach 8,500 community members to primary care
May 20, 2026. Funding was awarded to the FLA OHT, with partner the Maple Family Health Team, focused on attaching up to 8,500 community members to a family physician or nurse practitioner by the summer of 2027.
FLA OHT hosts free community event offering practical tools for living well with heart failure and COPD
April 7, 2026. The FLA OHT is hosting a free community event on April 22, 2026, from 5:30 to 8 pm - learn ways to manage symptoms and connect with local supports. Registration required.
New Spruce Health Hub opens in Kingston to improve access to care
February 19, 2026. The FLA OHT, in partnership with the Maple Family Health Team and regional primary care partners, has opened the new Spruce Health Hub designed to improve access to care close to home.

FLA OHT receives $1.49 million to attach up to 3,500 community members to primary care
October 21, 2025. The Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Ontario Health Team received $1,495,100 from the Ontario government to attach up to 3,500 community members in the region to a publicly funded family doctor or primary care team by April 2026.

Greater Napanee Health Home attaching thousands of people to primary care providers
