August 14, 2024. Greenwood Medical Centre (East End Health Home) is set to attach approximately 1000 residents of Kingston’s East End who do not currently have a primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner).
Greater Napanee Health Home welcomes third family doctor
August 8, 2024. The Greater Napanee Health Home is already transforming health-care access for the community. Since it launched in April over 500 residents were connected to primary care providers and three new family doctors joined the team.
