Frontenac Doctors
Positions: Two options are available for MDs, which could be filled by an MD doing a locum with us:
- Provide care for approximately 1000 patients in well-managed FHO; well-maintained charts; low opioid use patients who are “well trained”
- Starting July 2024
- gross income ~$22,000 per month + FHO bonuses;
- each patient added averages $22 per patient per month (1200 patients would gross $26,400 per month);
- overhead $7500 + nursing (~$600) per month; overhead is an equal cost share – does not go up if you increase roster size
- Ability to build a practice on Income Stabilization; get to know patients as you grow the practice by adding 50-75 per month over 12 months;
- Starting July 2024 or later
- office is experienced in growing practices from scratch, having supported new grads in doing so in the past;
- office offers a very steam-lined, efficient intake process;
- gross income $17,064 per month; 50% off overhead while on Income Stabilization ($3750) and no charges for nursing services

Small, very collegial FHO with supportive physicians and excellent staff; shared nurse who will do pap smears, well baby checks, and other visits independently; shared team room for collaboration among physicians; brand new clinic with efficient layout.
