Position: 1 Family Physicians to replace a FHO member looking to retire in mid 2025, who has 1700 rostered patients. This practice could be reduced or split

between 2 new Family Physicians if desired.

Join our collegial 8-member FHO, affiliated with the Loyalist Family Health Team, which includes skilled interdisciplinary care providers (social worker, dietitian, NP, RNs, RPNs, and OT).

We are co-located in the beautiful Amherstview Medical Centre in Amherstview, west of Kingston near the shores of Lake Ontario, and just a 20-minute drive from Kingston Health Sciences Centre.

Loyalist Township offers a $100,000 incentive over 5 years for a Family Physician willing to join us and take on a roster of at least 1200 patients.
