Join our truly community-based family practice with a collaborative team approach to health care. Our team includes Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatry, and numerous allied health care professionals (RNs, RD/CDE, OT, RRT, foot care nurse, mental health counsellor) and frequent trainees from various disciplines.

We also have outreach programs, such as for ophthalmology and hearing specialists. Sharbot Lake is a stunning setting surrounded by thousands of lakes and undeveloped wilderness, and is located just one hour north of Kingston and 3 hours east of Toronto.
