This Health Home, which opened July 2024, provides comprehensive, primary care for the surrounding neighbourhoods, including health education, social programs, and community social service supports. The broader community can also access services such as cancer screenings, prenatal care, well-baby care, and sexual health services.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (Closed 12 - 1 pm)
  • Thursday 1:00 - 7:30 pm (Closed 12 - 1 pm)
