WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Women, trans, non-binary and Two-Spirit People
By appointment only:

- Call Midtown clinic at 613-542-6793
Our Preventive Care Nurse Specialist will be on-site September 20 to provide support, answer questions, and see if you may benefit from other health screening as well.
All results and follow-up care will be handled by the Midtown Kingston Health Home.
