Centring Indigenous Health & Wellness
October 2025
This month, we’re centring Indigenous health and wellness. We’re celebrating the unveiling of Indigenous artworks at partner health-care organizations across our region—pieces that encourage reflection and reconciliation for clients, families, and staff, while making our spaces more welcoming and culturally safe.
In this issue:
- A message for Executive Lead, Dr. Kim Morrison
- Ontario invests $1.49M to connect 3,500 residents in KFL&A to primary care
- Celebrating Indigenous art unveilings across our region
- Connected by Spirit: Indigenous art invites reflection, connection, and healing at AMHS-KFLA
