Detoxification Centre, a program of Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC)
- Medical care for people 16 years old or older, provided by a nurse practitioner and an addiction physician, includes withdrawal medication, addiction assessments and medicine, and primary care. Program also offers short stays (average 3-5 days), informal counselling, service referrals, and skills-based and therapeutic programming

Maltby Centre (Kinston, Napanee, Sydenham, Sharbot Lake, Northbrook)
- Providing mental health and autism services to children, youth, young adults and their parents/guardians, with an extensive team of mental health professionals who support group programs, walk-in clinics, individual appointments both in-person and virtual

Street Health Centre (Kingston)
- Open 365 days a year for people with substance use concerns, who are unhoused or precariously housed, may have been incarcerated, may be affected by or at risk of acquiring Hepatitis C. Part of Kingston Community Health Centre's (KCHC).
- Regular hours: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 4 PM (closed daily 12 – 1 PM); Saturday and Sunday 9 AM – 1 PM
