IN-PERSON 

Addiction & Mental Health Services of KFLA (Kingston and Napanee)

  • Walk in crisis support services are available Mon to Fri  8:30 AM – 3:30 PM at Kingston and Napanee locations
  • Crisis support is available by phone 24/7, even on holidays (see virtual primary care page for more information)
  • Holiday hours: Offices closed and walk-in crisis services are NOT available on December 25, 26 and January 1; offices open regular weekdays 8 AM – 4 PM
  • Located at 552 Princess Street, Kingston and 70 Dundas Street East, Napanee (Daly Tea Company Building)

Street Health Centre (Kingston)

  • Open 365 days a year for people with substance use concerns, who are unhoused or precariously housed, may have been incarcerated, may be affected by or at risk of acquiring Hepatitis C
  • Regular hours: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 4 PM (closed daily 12 – 1 PM); Saturday and Sunday 9 AM – 1 PM
  • Holiday hours: December 25 and 26, 2024 and January 1, 2025 9 AM - 1 PM. Only pharmacy and Needle Syringe Program are available. Open regular hours all other days.
