As our system continues to navigate rising demand, capacity pressures, and shifting patient needs, the Expo offers an important opportunity to collaborate on innovative, community-based solutions that enhance access to care and improve patient experience.
Through shared learning and dialogue, we will explore how Community Paramedicine supports:
- proactive and preventative approaches that reduce system strain
- improved continuity for patients who face challenges accessing traditional care
- enhanced integration across sectors, ensuring people receive the right care in the right place
- partnerships that strengthen local capacity and system responsiveness

This activity has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 19.75 Mainpro+ Certified Activity credits and 2.75 Mainpro+ Certified Assessment Activity Credits (Total 22.5 credits).
