This Program offers FREE education and tools to help people live healthier and better manage the daily tasks of living with chronic conditions. There are a variety of workshops and wellbeing programs for the general public and for health care professionals.

Southeast Ontario Neurodivergent Adults Information and Discussion Group
This new neuro-affirming discussion group is a welcoming, respectful space for neurodivergent adults to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. We will explore life hacks, mutual support, and real-life experiences of autism, ADHD, dyslexia, OCD, sensory processing, and more.
