Data Analyst

Suzanne Pashley brings her experience from her previous role at Public Health Ontario, where she analyzed health data to support population health assessments and reports, to her role with the FLA OHT.

“I’m passionate about how data can be used to drive positive change in healthcare, especially when it comes to ensuring that care is accessible and equitable for all,” says Suzanne. “FLA OHT’s mission to create a people-centred health home aligns with my belief that data-driven insights are essential to improving health outcomes for individuals and communities.”

In her role, Suzanne is focused on analyzing data to support FLA OHT’s efforts to enhance the quality and accessibility of care for the diverse populations in Frontenac, Lennox & Addington counties.

Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She loves hiking, exploring new restaurants, and taking weekend trips.
