Performance and Evaluation Lead

Connor is bringing to his OHT role personal and family encounters with the healthcare system, alongside a strong commitment to data-driven approaches. Connor’s grandmother recently experienced a fall resulting in a broken hip. His firsthand experience navigating the system during his grandmother’s injury underscores the significance of the OHT’s work.  

“The opportunity to work in a region with diverse and talented health system participants, all working towards the common goal of establishing an inclusive Health Home for everyone is very exciting,” says Connor. 

Connor is supporting the evaluation of the Health Home mission to ensure that new concepts successfully improve access, experience, and all aspects of the Quintuple Aim for people with diverse health needs. 

Outside of work, Connor enjoys running, landscaping, and exploring the history of our local area and surrounding small towns.
