Expanding health care access in 2024
In February, we are excited to share some of the achievements resulting from our FLA OHT partner collaborations, which are improving the lives of people in our community. As we look ahead to 2024, we are thrilled to continue our momentum on existing initiatives while we include three key integrated care initiatives that will continue in the coming year: maternal and child health care, integrated care pathways for chronic disease and preventative care and disease screening.
