Walk-in and Access Clinics

These Primary Care clinics offer various in-person medical services for adults and children, when your doctor is not available, including flu and COVID vaccines. Hours vary.  

CDK Family Medicine & Walk-in Clinic 

  • Regular hours: Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM; Saturday and Sunday: 10 AM – 2 PM (weekend hours at Princess Street location only)
  • Holiday hours (Princess St location):
    • December 24, 2024: 9 AM – 1 PM
    • December 27, 2024: 9 AM – 4 PM
    • December 28, 2024: 10 AM – 2 PM
    • December 30, 2024: 9 AM – 4 PM
    • Closed December 25, 26, 29, 31 and January 1
    • Regular hours resume January 2, 2025
  • Located at 175 Princess Street, Kingston and 105 Sutherland Drive, Kingston (for booked appointments)

Greater Napanee Health Home Access Clinic

  • For people without a primary care provider
  • Regular hours: Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM (closed daily 12 – 1 PM)
  • Holiday hours:
    • Open 8 AM – 4 PM December 23 and 30 and January 2 and 3
    • Closed December 24-29, 31 and January 1
  • Located at Napanee Area Community Health Centre, 26 Dundas St W, Napanee

Midtown Kingston Health Home

  • Clinic for people without a primary care provider
  • Regular hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (closed 12 – 1 PM)
  • Holiday hours:
    • Closing at 12 p.m. on December 24 and 31; closed December 25 and 26, 2024 and January 1, 2025
    • Mix of prescheduled appointments and same-day availability between December 23 and January 3 for rostered patients.
  • Midtown is now booking into January for available appointments for people without a primary care provider clients; all available appointments for December have been filled.
