Dorothyanne Brown

She’s a graduate of Queen’s, the London School of Economics, and the University of London, with a master’s in health policy and a diploma in epidemiology to add to her nursing degree. She has been fortunate to have worked in three provinces and three countries, in public health, hospital nursing, and health care management.
