October 21, 2024. The success of the Well Baby Care Clinic! Since its inception, the clinic has been instrumental in ensuring that infants 18 months and under who do not have a primary care provider receive the care they need.

August 12, 2024. Unlike traditional care models that often rely on a single provider, team-based care emphasizes collaboration among diverse health and wellness providers to deliver comprehensive care.
Increasing access to primary care close to home
April 5, 2024. The Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Ontario Health Team and its partners are working to provide care close to home. Up to 9,000 people who do not have a primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner) will be registered.
