Project Manager, Integrated Care Pathways for Chronic Disease

Dendra draws on her experience in project management at Kingston Health Sciences Centre and as a research administrator at several universities in her FLA OHT role.

She connects on a personal level with the OHT's mission of building people-centered Health Homes as a model of attaching residents to team-based care. Dendra truly believes in that approach as she lived through a challenging time herself. Her London Health Home primary care provider recognized her need to be referred to a Social Worker to learn coping skills and help to change her own trajectory.

Dendra understands the power of interdisciplinary teams. As she works closely with providers from across the region to help transform the care of those living with chronic disease CHF and COPD and is grateful for the collaboration across primary, acute and community care sectors.

Outside of work, Dendra enjoys hiking, camping, curling, and line dancing.
