Queen's Family Health Team
Queen's Department of Family Medicine is seeking two Academic Family Physicians to join the Queen’s Family Health Organization (FHO) in beautiful, historic Kingston, Ontario. We are seeking innovative people to help shape our department, and we are looking for
physician educators with unique clinical experiences or who have a special interest in medical education or family medicine research. As a family physician, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care and education to learners, shaping the future of family medicine.
Queen's Family Health Team (QFHT) has 24 physicians in our Family Health Organization (FHO) providing comprehensive, exemplary care for about 20,000 patients. The physician team is supported by dedicated nursing, allied health professionals, pharmacist, reception, administrative staff, and on-site IT. QFHT has 2 sites:
- 220 Bagot Street Kingston, ON, K7L 3G2
- Haynes Hall 115 Clarence St Kingston, ON K7L 0A3, site of QFHT After Hours Clinic
