Journey mapping captures the environmental and contextual factors experiences when accessing simple or complex health care. The learnings from this tool can streamline processes, reduce wait times, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

Current Study: We are seeking people who do not have a primary care provider to understand their experience accessing primary care. We will use the journey mapping tool to help identify barriers or process inefficiencies.

To better understand and improve access to primary care, we engaged 16 participants aged 25 - 84. Themes emerged which helped identify changes that are needed to enable more equitable and inclusive access to primary care.
